What is Personal Information?
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could be linked, directly, or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. Information We May Automatically Collect. We may automatically log information about you and your computer or mobile device when you access the Websites, such as your computer operating system type, browser type, IP address. We may collect data identifying the web pages you visited prior to and after visiting our Websites or use of our Service, your movement and activity within the Websites, which is aggregated with other information, your purchase activity, mobile device information, including the type of device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier.
Mobile applications may collect real-time information about the location of your device. If you do not want us to collect this information, you may decline our request or disable location services in your mobile device’s settings. However, opting out of the collection of location information will cause location-based features to be disabled and the online and/or mobile application may not function properly.

Sensitive Information. With your consent, we may collect and process information about your actual location (geolocation data). We use various technologies to determine location, including IP address. You can deactivate access to your mobile device’s precise geolocation in your mobile device’s settings.
How We Use Your Information

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the Oklahoma Consumer Privacy Act (OKCPA), as amended by the OPRA, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right, please submit your request by emailing us at sales@okmedicanna.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” You may also opt out of cookies and third-party tracking used for advertising by adjusting your browser settings or visiting Network Advertising Initiative and YourAdChoices. Security and Protection of Your Personal Data
We take the security of your personal information seriously and use reasonable electronic, personnel and physical measures to protect it from loss, theft, alteration or misuse. However, please be advised that even the best security measures cannot fully eliminate all risks. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We utilize appropriate physical, technical and managerial safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. By using the Websites or providing personal information to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your use of the Websites. If we learn of a security systems breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically, so that you can take appropriate protective steps, by posting a notice on the Websites and/or sending an email to you at the email address you have provided to us. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.
While we are dedicated to protecting all Personal Information to the greatest extent possible, if you create a User Account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information by keeping your password confidential. You should change your password immediately if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to it or your User Account. If you learn of any incident involving the loss of or unauthorized access to or disclosure of personal information that is in our custody, you should notify us immediately through the methods provided in the “Contact Us” section at the end of this Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on the Website. We may also send emails to any user who has created a User Account containing a link to the revised Privacy Policy.
Privacy of Children
You must be either (a) a valid medical marijuana patient 18 years or older or (b) 21 years or older to create an account on the Websites.
Our Websites are not intended for individuals under 21 years old, except for the okmedicanna Website, which may be accessed by persons 18 years of age and older who hold a valid medical marijuana card.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21 years old for the Websites except for the okmedicanna Website where we collect Personal Information for holders of a valid medical marijuana card who are over the age of 18.
If you are under 18 years old, please do not provide any personal information to any of our Websites or, through any of its features, register on the Websites, make any purchases through the Websites, contact us through the Websites, or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from an individual under 18 years old, we will delete that information and the associated User Account. If you believe we might have any information from or about an individual under 18 years old, please contact us through the methods provided in the “Contact Us” section at the end of this Privacy Policy.

OKMEDICANNA uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) to assist in delivering the Websites. This service helps us better understand who and how people are using the Websites and how to improve the effectiveness of the Websites. Google may use cookies, pixel tags or other technologies to collect and store anonymous information, such as time of visit, pages visited, time spent using the Websites, type of operating system used, and other website(s) you may have visited. Your Oklahoma Privacy Rights Under the Shine the Light Law
Under Oklahoma’s Shine the Light law (Oklahoma Civil Code Section 1798.83), Oklahoma residents may ask companies with which they have formed a business relationship primarily for personal, family or household purposes to provide the names of third parties to which they have disclosed certain personal information (as defined under the Shine the Light law) during the preceding calendar year for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes, and the categories of personal information disclosed.
